CONCEPT
FASHION SHOW: For the first time Arena chooses to combine dance and technology to present the FW 2018 collection. A fashion show with a dynamic and innovative formula in which the athletic bodies of the performers exalt the fit and versatility of the new collection's costumes.
BETWEEN THE PAST AND THE FUTURE: Arena takes inspiration from its historical collections, bringing the concept into modernity: recreating, renewing and exalting comfort, technology and design makes the vintage models extremely current, pointing to the future of the brand.
HOLOGRAPHIC TECHNOLOGY: To break the classic patterns of a fashion show we put aside the concept of a catwalk to create an experience with holographic technology in the ONE THOUSAND™ style. The set-up designed for Arena has provided three layers of holographic screens on two stage levels to lengthen the perspective and simulate the diving effect. The projected visuals have reproduced in detail the patterns and style of the costumes, creating settings contextualised according to the different themes of the collection, as shown by the 3D reconstruction of Venice at the opening of the show.
